Virtual studio, switcher and streaming in one system

The Datavideo TVS-1000A combines a trackless virtual studio, video switcher, character and graphics generator, recorder and web streaming encoder in one production system. It is suited to corporate video, education, small studios and live programmes that need a professional virtual set without complex camera tracking.

One camera input can be used to create up to four virtual angles. Virtual pan, tilt and zoom change the composition and let operators switch views during a production, while chroma key places the presenter into the selected virtual environment.

Live switching and graphics

The switcher combines live video, virtual angles, video clips and still images. Two downstream keyers (DSK) can layer titles, logos and other graphics. Built-in titling tools and a media library help prepare the programme output within the system.

Virtual scenes can be tailored to a production. The system includes 200 pre-installed scenes, with more available to download; sources can be combined in up to six layers.

Record and stream without an external encoder

The integrated recorder captures programmes in H.264 or MPEG-2. The built-in streaming encoder supports TS over HTTP, RTP, UDP and RTSP, as well as FLV over HTTP or RTMP. This lets operators prepare a recording and a live stream within one production workflow.

Video outputs and monitoring can be connected directly. The system provides HDMI and AUX-HDMI inputs, audio inputs including embedded HDMI audio, and several outputs for operator monitors.
