ADAM Audio T5V

The ADAM Audio T5V is an affordable two-band nearfield monitor designed for home studios and small control rooms

The T5V is equipped with a 5" woofer with linear excursion that delivers 45 Hz. Above it, we find a significant U-ART tweeter that builds on ADAM Audio's long legacy of manufacturing processes. A completely new feature in this category of studio monitors is the implementation of a sound pipe that is inspired by the HPS system design of the flagship S Series, optimizing efficiency, localization and listening zone (sweetspot)

The chamfered front edges of the skeleton reduce sound diffraction and optimize directivity. The speaker is compact (you can use it in a space-constrained room) and features a bassreflex on the back. The big change from the F Series is the integration of DSP switching and equalization

Power for both drivers is provided by two Class-D amplifiers, which power the 50 W (RMS) bass driver and 20 W (RMS) U-ART tweeter. When paired, the T5V achieves up to 106 dB SPL

For boosting lower frequencies, the T5V is fully compatible with ADAM's Sub7 and Sub8 studio subwoofers.
