With support for Dropbox and Google Drive, it also allows multiple drives to be synchronized across remote sites.

The Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini offers a versatile, easily portable design - suitable not only for desktop operation, but also for mounting in instrument cabinets - as well as quiet operation. At its heart is an array of four M.2 flash cards for maximum speed, as well as 10G and 1G Ethernet ports with an internal switch. An HDMI monitoring output allows you to monitor storage activity on an external monitor, in real time.

The Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini is sold in 8 and 16 TB flash memory options, providing ample storage space for modern video formats used in television production while maintaining a small footprint. The M.2 flash media ensures reliability, high read and write speeds and minimal access time. Powerful internal electronics and flash cards arranged in a RAID 0 array ensure optimal utilization of the 10G Ethernet interface to achieve the maximum transfer speeds required for digital cinema camera footage or multi-camera productions. Despite the high performance, the active cooling system remains very quiet.

Creating local backups of files stored using Dropbox is now a breeze! Files stored on the Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini are thus instantly available on local networks, without the need to download files stored on Dropbox servers. In addition, multiple remote Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini units can be synchronized using Dropbox, ensuring that users can easily collaborate on projects wherever they are. Dropbox can also be used as a backup solution.

The HDMI monitoring output allows you to monitor the status of the storage using an external monitor or TV, in real time. The preview displays a graphical representation of the array, including current read/write instances. There is also an Ethernet 10G interface utilization graph, free/used space indication or a list of Dropbox connections. A list of connected users or network resource status is also displayed.

Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini also has an internal USB-C to Ethernet adapter for emergency connection of laptops without an Ethernet interface. The pair of USB-C ports can also be used for local backups, importing media from memory cards or camera discs, etc. Local backups can be an alternative to backups via Dropbox when sensitive data is being processed.
