New Super 35mm 4K CMOS sensor with stunning image quality
The EOS C300 Mark III is equipped with a newly developed 4K Super 35mm sensor and DIGIC DV7 image processor, delivering extremely high resolution images with a dynamic range of over 16 aperture numbers.

It also has an impressive low-light shooting capability with even lower noise levels, up to ISO 102,400, which the human eye can barely discern.

The super 35mm DGO (Dual Gain Output) sensor generates real-time HDR resolution
The DGO sensor is a newly developed imaging system that achieves exceptionally clear photo quality in low light and offers superior HDR shooting capabilities.

In the case of the DGO sensor, each pixel reads an image with two different gain levels, one high and one low, which are then combined into a single image. The high-gain reading is optimised for capturing bright details in darker areas, while the low-gain reading is optimised for capturing details in lighter areas. Therefore, when combined with pixel-level precision, details in both lit and dark areas are preserved and enhanced, allowing the camera to achieve an impressive higher dynamic range of up to 16+ stops.

The new DGO sensor is also compatible with Dual Pixel AF technology, giving the user the freedom to create the image they desire.

High frame rate up to 120 fps in 4K resolution
The EOS C300 Mark III supports smooth 4K recording at up to 120 fps for both Cinema RAW Light and XF-AVC formats. At the same time, the frame rate can be set from 12 fps to 180 fps in 2K crop mode to expand your creative possibilities. A dedicated slow-motion and fast-motion button allows quick access to the desired slow-motion and fast-motion settings.

When a lens with data transmission support is connected, the focal length is automatically acquired via digital contacts for shooting with optimized image stabilization.

Users can design their own LUT tables and upload them to the camera for accurate monitoring, and also use different LUT tables for different output connectors.

The EOS C300 Mark III supports the ACES 1.0 version of the Academic Color Encoding System. With IDT technology supplied by Canon, images captured with the EOS C300 Mark III can be directly imported into ACES-compatible systems.

In addition, video output from the camera can be monitored by selecting the ACES Proxy function.

In addition, users can enjoy smooth and intuitive touch focus control thanks to the 4.3-inch LM-V2 LCD monitor, as well as improved focus control that produces more natural focus changes.

The EOS C300 Mark III's autofocus is further enhanced by the ability to adjust the speed and response of AF tracking.

Different lens and lens barrel options
The EOS C300 Mark III supports optional interchangeable lens capsules for a variety of production needs.

The EF lens mount is compatible with a wide range of Canon EF lenses, including EF Cine Prime lenses, and the optional PL lens mount supports the Cooke/i system. In addition, B4 mounting adapters (for EF and PL sockets) are also available for B4 lenses.
