DZOFILM X-tract 18-28mm_90°_T8 with hard case

The new DZOFILM X-tract 18-28mm 90° Metric T8 PL with fixed housing is a zoom macro lens - probe lens. The 90° version is ideal for tight spaces and unique angles, while the early 0° version excels in conventional settings. Availability is expected from April 2025.

With the T8 zoom lenses, 0° and 90° versions, customers can now cover most shooting scenarios. The lens comes in a practical , durable case with a lining.

Zoom function
A new form/category of macro shooting - a zoom probe (18 - 28mm FF) covering commonly used focal lengths in advertising/TVC, with a field of view of 100° - 73°, which improves shooting flexibility, suppresses flare and vignetting outside the image and ensures image consistency. Thanks to the parfocal design, the focus remains unchanged when zooming and a similar effect to the Zouk zoom can be achieved.

Image quality
Constant maximum aperture T8, multi-layer anti-reflective coating, sharp and clear at full aperture. The 6 low dispersion lenses correct colors, accurately restore colors, suppress breathing effect and vignetting.

Rotating Roll Rig
Allows smooth 360° rotation for creative shots with excellent anti-shake performance for smooth and stable shots.

Minimized Breathing Effect
Ensures smooth transitions during focus changes.

Magnification and focusing options
Maximum magnification of 2.1:1. Closest working focus distance is approximately 6mm, allowing you to capture stunning macro detail.
A focusing stroke of 300° helps to control the focus gently and precisely and has been proven through 100,000 lifetimes at high frequencies.

Stability and durability
The lens is made of all metal (aircraft grade aluminum alloy + oxide film, 25um thickness), ensuring stability and durability in a variety of difficult shooting environments.

The lens is waterproof, dustproof and fogproof (IP57), adaptable to harsh conditions and special shooting.

Lightweight and comfortable
Weighing just 1.09 kg, the lens measures 350 x 165 mm, and the rear centre of gravity design reduces camera shake and improves shooting stability. This makes the lens adaptable to different forms of installation and makes it very practical to use.
