Tilta EVF Extension Cable for BMPCC 6K Pro (60cm)

The Tilta EVF Extension Cable is an EVF extension cable for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro and 6K G2. It carries the image from the camera to the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera Pro EVF viewfinder when the viewfinder does not sit directly on the camera body but on the Tilta Tiltaing EVF Extension Bracket — above the camera, to the side or upright. Length 60 cm; a 30 cm version is also available. The cable is made of aluminium alloy, stainless steel, plastic and copper.

The Tilta EVF Extension Cable for BMPCC 6K Pro (60cm) (TA-T11-EEC-60) is a part of the TA-T11 series for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro and 6K G2: the cable without which the viewfinder cannot be moved away from the camera body.

The viewfinder further from the camera

The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera Pro EVF viewfinder normally mounts directly on the camera body. This EVF extension cable brings it the video signal even when it sits elsewhere — it is designed for the Tilta Tiltaing EVF Extension Bracket, which carries the viewfinder away from the camera body and lets it be turned to wherever the operator needs it when working handheld or on the shoulder. One end of the cable plugs into the camera; the other end forms the cradle the viewfinder drops into. The cable measures 60 cm; the shorter TA-T11-EEC-30 version is 30 cm.

The Tilta cage system

A Tilta cage is only the start: every series has parts designed for the camera body — top handles, side handles with a REC button, HDMI and USB-C cable clamps, battery plates, 15 mm rod holders, lens adapters and ARCA or NATO interfaces. The parts share 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins, NATO rails and cold shoes, so they combine across series. This part is one of them.
