Nikon COOLPIX P1100

The COOLPIX P1100 is a compact digital camera featuring a 125x optical zoom. Available at the end of February 2025.

Designed for photography enthusiasts, it allows you to capture high quality images while using an improved super telephoto lens. The Coolpix P1100 is based on the previous COOLPIX P1000, but offers more advanced features than that model. Its 125x optical zoom covers a focal length range of 24-3,000mm, providing versatility from wide-angle to super-telephoto. For those who require even more reach, the Dynamic Fine Zoom function increases the zoom range to an incredible 250× magnification (6,000mm equivalent).

In addition to the extended zoom, the COOLPIX P1100 now offers greater flexibility with selectable modes of operation for the focus fields in birdwatching mode, allowing for more precise composition. In addition, users can assign functions to the Fn1/Fn2 buttons on the optional ML-L7 remote control.

Like the COOLPIX P1000, the new COOLPIX P1100 combines Nikon' s powerful EXPEED image processing system and a powerful NIKKOR lens to deliver perfect image quality even at extreme zoom settings. The dual-detection Optical Vibration Reduction (VR) system provides 4 EV equivalent stabilization, counteracting the effects of camera shake and ensuring sharp, detailed results - even when shooting distant subjects such as birds or space objects handheld.

For video enthusiasts, the COOLPIX P1100 offers 4K UHD/30p recording, as well as super time-lapse and time-lapse video options. With its versatility and compatibility with a wide range of accessories, this camera gives users the ability to push creative boundaries and experiment with different imaging options.
