High-end image processing
The Z50II mirrorless camera is equipped with the same EXPEED 7 image processing system as the top-of-the-line Z9. The camera automatically recognizes nine different types of subjects and intelligently tracks their fast, unpredictable movements. The Z50II also makes it easy to compose great images with the brightest electronic viewfinder (EVF) in its class. The bright electronic viewfinder displays images full of detail even when shooting in strong sunlight, dark environments or changing lighting conditions.

Creative features
Creative features that make this an excellent camera for content creators include easy-to-use Picture Control presets for customising the style of images and videos in-camera, and the free Nikon Imaging Cloud, where users can download exclusive image processing presets directly to their cameras. A dedicated button brings users directly to Picture Control presets: the effect is visible in real time and it's easy to scroll through different presets while shooting.

Ideal for vloggers
On the video front, the Z50II is the first Nikon Z camera to include Product Review mode, an ideal tool for vloggers requiring smooth refocusing on foreground items. It is also the first Z-series camera to include a self-timer for video, which allows you to start recording with a delay. One single cable is all vloggers and video streaming users need to connect the Z50II directly to a smart device and start live streaming on the platform of their choice.
