With customized dynamic transducers that have been carefully tuned for precise frequency response with extremely low distortion, they can be boldly described as remarkable and natural sounding headphones. These qualities are enhanced by the unique shape and design of the earcups, which are optimized for exceptional rendition of the finest details and sound clarity, and the memory foam cushions for superior passive noise isolation. Precision crafted ear pads preserve every detail and every nuance of the sound they produce.

Incredible Accuracy, Exceptional Transparency
The NTH-100 transducers feature a proprietary voice coil made of a four-layer aluminum alloy with ultra-high voltage at its core, which is bonded to a highly rigid triple-layer Mylar® diaphragm. Combined with a neodymium magnet and the revolutionary acoustic design used in the NTG5 microphone, these high-quality components provide precise frequency and phase response across the entire audible spectrum for an incredibly articulate listening experience.

When it comes to creating and spending hours in the studio, comfort is everything. The NTH-100 will certainly provide that comfort. The luxurious Alcantara® padding of the earcups and headband offers a premium feel that enhances the sensory experience from the moment you put them on - because they're extremely soft and highly breathable. Underneath the Alcantara is a layer of revolutionary CoolTech™ gel, made in-house by RODE, which absorbs and dissipates heat, actively cooling the head and ears and significantly reducing fatigue while wearing. Also contributing to a comfortable fit is the unique ergonomic design of the earcups with two-way motion and memory foam that adjusts to any head size or shape (even if you wear glasses), and the fully adjustable headband with innovative FitLok™ locking system that ensures the same setting every time you put the headphones on.
