Tilta Quick Release Hand Grip Bridge 19/15 LWS

The Tilta quick release hand grip bridge, 19 mm studio / 15 mm LWS version, joins the hand grips of the Nucleus-M wireless lens control system to the rods of a camera rig. It sits on the rods, tightens with a single finger screw and offers a 90° offset ARRI rosette at each end, to which the hand grips attach via the rosette adapter. A rig on rods thus becomes a handheld build in moments.

The quick release hand grip bridge 19/15 LWS is the crossbar that turns rig rods into a handheld camera: clamps seat it on 19 mm studio or 15 mm LWS rods, and its ends carry two ARRI rosettes for the Nucleus-M hand grips. The other version, WLC-T03-BR-15, has clamps for 15 mm studio and 15 mm LWS.

Onto the rods with one screw, hand grips onto the rosettes

The bridge slides onto a pair of rods and locks with a single screw tightened by hand — no wrench and no dismantling the rig. Two pairs of clamps come in the box: for 19 mm studio rods and for 15 mm LWS, so the same bridge serves a heavy studio rig and a light build alike. Each end carries a 90° offset ARRI rosette with a tightening toggle; the Nucleus-M hand grips attach to it via the ARRI rosette adapter (WLC-T03-RS) and set to whatever angle suits the hands. Removal is just as quick: loosen the toggles, loosen the screw, bridge off.

Construction

The bridge body is aluminum alloy, the screw and fittings stainless steel; the finish is black. Besides the Nucleus-M hand grips, the ARRI rosettes take any other rosette accessory — arms, monitor mounts or wooden handles.

The Tilta Nucleus-M system

Nucleus-M (WLC-T03 series) is wireless lens control: motors on 15/19 mm rods turn focus, iris and zoom, the FIZ hand unit or hand grips with a wheel drive them remotely, and power runs over 7-pin cables — from a P-Tap plate or daisy-chained motor to motor. The WLC-T03 parts combine: motor gears, cables, grip adapters, bridge and case all belong to the same system, including this one.
