MICROPHONE MID
Mid/Side recording is the ultimate recording technique that allows you to adjust the stereo image width to your liking after the recordings have been made. In addition, Mid/Side recordings remain fully compatible with mono mode, making this technique particularly suitable for audio recordings intended for film, video and television projects.
MICROPHONE X/Y
The X/Y technique makes it possible to cover a large area while clearly capturing sound sources that are right in the middle. This makes it ideal for all kinds of live stereo recordings.
MID + X/Y MICROPHONE

PET MICROPHONE
The H2n recorder offers five integrated microphones. Two of the microphones are available in an X/Y configuration, while the other three microphones have a Mid/Side configuration. Optionally, either the X/Y or Mid/Side configuration microphones can be used, or all microphones can be used simultaneously for realistic surround sound recording.
INPUTS
The H2n recorder's mic/line input is available as a stereo 1/8? mini jack supporting both microphone and line level signals. You can also connect condenser microphones requiring plug-in power (2.5 V).
INTEGRATED EFFECTS
The H2n recorder has a range of effects you can use to enhance your recordings. The integrated compressor and limiter functions can be used to control the overall volume. The main difference between these two effects is that the limiter cuts loud signals more effectively.
