Nothing in the basket.
The compendium-mattebox is used in front of the lens of a camera or film camera. It is used to block out unwanted light, flare and ghosting that could negatively affect the quality of the image. It is usually made of black material and has different apertures that can be adjusted as needed. It can also be equipped with various filters such as ND filters to help control exposure.
The compendium-mattebox can also have a filter holder, making it easy and quick to add and remove filters while shooting. This accessory is especially useful for outdoor shooting or photography where exposure to light or glare is more common.
