Nikon today unveiled the new Z5II! This new addition features fast Intelligent Auto Focus, excellent image quality even in low light, a bright electronic viewfinder, the ability to shoot 4K UHD video, extensive colour settings and more intuitive controls. This compact and powerful FX camera brings features from the professional Z-series models and opens up new possibilities for creative photography. Taking the popular Z5 to the next level. In addition to the body itself, there are 3 kits available: the NIKON Z 5II + 24-70mm f/4 S, the NIKON Z 5II + 24-50mm f/4-6.3 VR and the NIKON Z 5II + 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR. With the most powerful image processing system, Nikon Z5II offers impressive results even when shooting handheld. It has an extremely wide ISO sensitivity range, advanced 3D subject tracking and autofocus that works down to -10 EV, ensuring perfectly sharp images even after dark.
Nikon's Vibration Reduction Technology is optimised for active focusing and suppresses blur around the focus point - up to 7.5 EV in the centre of the image and 6 EV at the edges.
The Z5II retains its compact size and durable construction, making it an ideal travel companion. The tilt and swivel monitor and bright 3,000 cd/m² electronic viewfinder make it easy to compose images even in bright sunlight.
Creative tools include a Picture Control button that lets you instantly switch between color profiles and see real-time adjustments. Videographers can record 4K N-RAW directly to an SD card or use N-log for maximum flexibility in post-production, including support for RED's LUT tables.
Nikon stays true to its proven ergonomics - users of the original Z5 will appreciate the deeper grip and more intuitive control layout. The camera also has two SD memory card slots and Z6III-level dust and drip resistance.
