RED Trade-In Program

Along with the introduction of the new KOMODO-X and V-RAPTOR[X] cameras with Z Mount, RED has announced the return of its Trade-In program, which is now available for the latest generation of RED cameras, including the new Z Mount model. Customers can trade in their existing RED DSMC, RAVEN, SCARLET-W, DSMC2 or RANGER cameras and receive credit towards the purchase of a new RED V-RAPTOR XL [X] Pack or RED V-RAPTOR [X] Pack with the new Z mount or RF mount. Customers can get access to the latest DSMC3 technology this way. This promotion will run for a limited time from February 13, 2025 to August 13, 2025.

How does redemption work?

• The customer purchases an eligible camera package/buyout order from an authorized RED dealer beginning February 13, 2025.
• The dealer will ship the camera to RED.
• The camera must be returned to RED within 10 days for the customer to receive a credit, which will be issued upon receipt of the camera at RED and credited to the dealer's account.

Terms:

• This promotion will run for a limited time from February 13, 2025 to August 13, 2025.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or sales program.
• RED reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
• RED is accepting DSMC/ RAVEN/ SCARLET-W, DSMC2 Unified and RANGER cameras for redemption credit towards a new DSMC3 RAPTOR [X] Z Mount Pack, V-RAPTOR [X] Pack or V-RAPTOR XL [X] Pack
• Separate BRAINs of the V-RAPTOR [X] Z, V-RAPTOR [X] and V-RAPTOR XL [X] are not accepted.
• This promotion is available to all eligible RED customers and authorized RED dealers.
• Customer must accept the terms and conditions of the buyout.
