The new EDIUS 11 includes the powerful VisTitle 3.0 Express captioning plug-in, but more demanding users can upgrade to the full version of VisTitle 3.0, with a discount of up to 35% until the end of the year! The full version of the captioner will offer a number of advanced features including animated text on a curve, simulation of hand-drawn lines between selected objects, animated shadows, 2D text to 3D conversion and more! On the same date, the manufacturer is also offering a cheaper upgrade from the full version 2.0 as well as the option of a discounted upgrade to the extended version "VisDOM VisTitle 3.0 + Plug-in Package" containing in addition a 3D particle system, an effect simulating handwriting, a Karaoke plug-in, a tool for drawing 2D paths along the Z coordinate to create 3D objects, as well as a plug-in for creating animated 2D/3D charts.

Update 11.00.13349 for EDIUS 11 also focuses on fixes in the Bin window. The new EDIUS 11 brings a complete overhaul of the code in this section, which has had an impact on the increased error rate; the new update fixes most of the user-reported bugs, and another version is also planned for January that will bring new features (ibid.). New EDIUS.NET podcast is dedicated to the new subtitler EDIUS 11 and the Acon Acoustica tool, which is used to convert dialog tracks to text subtitles, timeline markers, etc. The tool is currently optimized for English, and the developers are working on higher conversion accuracy for other languages.
