March update for EDIUS 11version 11.10.13903 brought support for the new Canon XF-AVC proxy media name format, as well as a number of fixes, including now functional drag & drop media insertion into the Mync library or into EDIUS bins from Catalyst Browser, fixed media duplication in bins, more compatible PNG data import, and more. Wireless A/V specialists Hollyland have launched several new productsin addition to the new Solidcom C1 Pro system (a variant of the Pro-4S with earpieces on both sides of the headset), most notably the new Hollyland Wireless Tally system of wireless signal lights. This offers a range of 800 m (2.4 GHz/LoRa, 16 channels), a wide range of base station ports (including DB-25, RJ-45 and USB-C) for maximum compatibility with overheads, battery life of up to 8 hours for the lights, and a compact design of the light modules (77.8 x 50.5 x 37.4 mm, 98.5 g incl. battery). It will be available in sets of four or eight lights as well as as individual components.
