The ultra-telephoto zoom is scheduled to be launched on 19 September 2024 Tamron 50-400 mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD (A067Z) for full-frame mirrorless cameras with Nikon Z mount! The lens, planned as a direct replacement for traditional 100-400mm zooms, offers a very wide range with compact dimensions (185.8 mm long) and low weight (1180 g), very good drawing throughout the range (24 elements in 18 groups including 2x XLD, 3x LD, 1x GM and 1x HA), quiet and fast AF (VXD), VC stabilization and a minimum focusing distance of 25 cm. Of course, there is Tamron Lens Utility support (incl. "Focus Limiter" function), moisture-resistant construction, zoom lock switch, and BBAR-G2 optics coating.
