Blackmagic Design have introduced a dedicated variant of the URSA Cine digital cinema camera for recording 3D Apple Immersive Video format. The new model Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive will go on sale around the end of this year and will bring a proprietary stereo lens for recording 8K 3D video (2x 8160x7200) with up to 16 EV dynamic range and 90 fps frame rate to Blackmagic RAW. The new features include a URSA Cine body for recording to Blackmagic Media Module media, compatibility with the optional Blackmagic URSA Cine EVF viewfinder, Wi-Fi and 10G Ethernet interfaces, synchronization with Blackmagic Cloud, etc.

Panasonic has released firmware 3.0 for the LUMIX GH6, which - in addition to unspecified stability improvements - brings support for an optional software key DMW-SFU3A (ARRI LogC3), and a new audio module DMW-XLR2 (with the exception of 32-bit FP audio, this feature is only available on the new model GH7). The new FW can be downloaded here. Also new is the first version of the Lumix Lab app for iPhone/iPad (iOS 15-17) for color correction and LUT file creation. New update for EDIUS 11 offers speed optimizations for Bin window when selecting multiple media, the ability to edit the "Frame Rate", "Field Order", "Aspect Ratio" and "Reel Name" parameters in the Properties View section (in Bin and Mync Library), import/export bins (.ezb files), support for media from RED V-Raptor cameras, extended support for HLS, H.264 and JPEG files and other new features.
